President and Broker of Metro 1 Properties, Inc, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm involved in the leasing, sales and management of commercial properties throughout Florida since 2005. The company represents over 3,000,000 SF of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and hospitality properties throughout the state with 27 sales associates and 5 full time executives. Cho has been involved in the acquisition, management and disposition of over $175,000,000 worth of assets in the past 8 years and as a native Floridian and local resident of Miami for over 12 years possesses of profound understanding of the marketplace and the key players.
Fran Clougherty
Sr. Vice President Investment Sales – Hotels
Since 1990 Fran has brokered several hundred million dollars of South Florida Real Estate transactions. These sales include the Days Inn Miami, the site for the W South Beach, the Governor, Nash, and other hotels. He was involved in the sale of the Strand (later the Living Room), Bang, Embers, the Cabaret, and other restaurants and night clubs. In addition, he’s brokered the sales of 100,000 square feet of Lincoln Road retail stores, tenanted by such dining and entertainment spots as Tiramesu, Spris, Da Leo, Ghirardelli, and Score.
Alex Duff

Alexander Duff, a native New Yorker, in 2002 began his real estate career specializing buying and selling restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Some of Alex’s most notable deal include: Mokai Lounge/ Mama Vieja; Halo/ Hemisphere; Indomania/ Siembra; Tunelli/ Oasis; Hakan/ Dab Haus; Amendment 21/ Gigi Bistro; Fiore Pizza/ Pizza Power; Scrapbar/ Gil’s Café; Rabbit’s foot/ Loading Zone; and the restaurant at the Tudor Hotel. Alex also works as a restaurant consultant, focusing on improving existing business practices and fabricating new concepts. Seeking to be with a forward thinking company with extensive marketing power, a stellar reputation for good business practices and a team of professionals that share the same vision, Alex joined the Metro 1 Hospitality Group in 2009.

Fabian Graff has been a recognized and respected broker/investor in many phases of commercial real estate since 2005. Fabian specializes in investment sales and leasing of office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties. Fabian also provides consulting services for businesses and investment transactions including asset management, lease valuation and negotiation, sales and lease back analysis. Graff’s strength lies in his international network of high profile investors, clients and friends, investment firms as well as his clear understanding of the hospitality business.

Liliana Restrepo has over 7 years of experience focused exclusively within the hotel real estate sector. She is a licensed real estate associate, acting as an advisor to institutional and private hotel owners throughout the United States. Liliana specializes in the hotel niche of the hospitality real estate market, assisting buyers and sellers in the transaction of their hotel. With 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry she brings a great depth of expertise, knowledge, and skills to the buyers and sellers and has developed new and innovative ways to discreetly market hotel listings.
Ed Miranda:
Urban Associate
Ed's specialty has been concentrated in the luxury resort segment of the hotel industry. He started his career at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, and later represented Wayne Huizenga on over $200 million of improvements at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, the Hyatt Regency Pier 66 & Marina, and Bahia Mar Beach Resort & Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale, as well as several other properties in the Boca Resorts Inc portfolio. He worked with The Blackstone Group of New York after their purchase of Boca Resorts Inc, and helped them expand the collection of resort properties after their acquisition of the Wyndham Hotel Group and subsequent creation of LXR Luxury Resorts. Most recently Ed again went to work for Wayne Huizenga at another affiliated company, where he developed several select service branded hotels with Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt flags. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The University of Florida and a Masters of Science in Hotel & Food Service Management from Florida International University.
